I would like to share the worst experience I had with Airtel DTH. I have registered a complaint 21345709, which needs to be closed by 31st July, but I have not received the resolution and your customer care people closed it without giving solution. Again I told them to reopen the complain, but same solution this time also, they have done nothing and closed the complaint. Then yesterday I contacted escalation dept., after being for 1 hr on phone, they told engineer will visit today. I waited till 7 p.m. and then I called again to the same dept. They told that engineer will come in next 10 mins. But nobody came. This is the very bad experience. My consumer number is 3010062631.
