I have an Airtel DTH no. 3001661649 where due to the changes made by the company I am not able to view most of the channels on top of that the color of the channels are blurred. I am complaining for the same since 1 Month but no action taken if asked for refund to the customer service states "let it issue get resolved only than we will look into refund".
