I had rented 3 movie DVds from the above mentioned shop in BJ market, salt lake, kolkata. The caution money paid was more than double than the original rate.
I returned them after 3 weeks as there were 30 movies to be completed seen in my DVD player. Though Im a regular customer, he fined for each dvd.
When asked to return the caution deposit, he created a great fuss with a dvd and gave it back to me saying it wont run (i checked it is still running fine). Since I was a single girl standing in the shop, I could not argue much and had to let go my caution.
On the other hand when i complained of a few dvds (bought at original price) for which i failed to see half of the movies, he failed to pay heed and started attending the other customers.
What should i do?
