this is to inform you that i am a user of dish tv. I have prepaid facility to recharge.if i will get late to recharge by 2-3 days from the last date, I have to pay some extra amount (panulty) like 20-30 rupessfor that then why do i pay the extra money inspite of prepaid. That is tolty up to me, when should I recharge. Please do needfull for the same.
