Dish TV is yet another organisation, which probably has had an unplanned expansion and is not able to meet the consumers' service needs.
My set top box was not working. When I asked for repair, the Customer Care Exec asked for time at which I would be preseent at home. She said that their working hours are upto 8pm. I asked the mechanic to come after 6.30pm, which was noted.
Pronptly I got a msg that mech shall visit at 3.30 PM. I asked that I had requested for 6.30 pm or later.
The mechanic says" If you wish to get your set top box repaired you will have to take LEAVE".
After speaking to 10 people and spending 100/- on calls, finally the person came after 2 days and took 3 more days to repair.
