Dear Sir/ Madam
I am a customer of Dish TV for the past one year and i have been always unable to get a call connected through the toll free number of the customer care.
Whereas on the other numbers which are not toll free, it takes me almost 5 to 6 attempts to get connected to the customer care executive which results in increased telephone bills by Rs.14-15/- per call which comes down to almost Rs. 90/- to Rs. 100/- till the time they respond.
I will be highly obliged if some reasonable action is taken against this matter keeping in view the number of previous complaints (number of complaints against the company on this website is 734).
