Dear sir,
My self devang chudasama, a customer of Dish TV DTH service. Sir I am connected to DishTV since 2 years and I have renewed my connection very recently. Sir I paid for the costliest package (Like maxi and titanium) till my last renewal. This year I wanted to change my package and I choose for the new economical package which is not like maxi and titanium. I have paid online and got the confirmation from my bank, Now when I called up to DishTV, they have told me that your package require to downgraded then only u can get the new package, I said, pls do it but then they said that you require to pay downgrade charges Rs.40.
Sir, I really wonder what is the justice behind chargeing Rs.40 to customer. I request and compaint that this charges should be removed for all the customer. This is abuse of the customer for their fundamental rights of choosing the right product.
