I am a subscriber of Dish TV. Since installation, its antenna has not been fixed permanently. It has been placed on two side bars with some kind of load. The local Dish TV representative has been requested several times to fix it up permanently but in vain. The antenna is placed temporarily, therefore, signals disappear frequently when wind blows. Every time I have to make payment to the dealer for getting signals.By not fixing the antenna deliberately, I am being forced to pay visiting charges by the dealer for getting the signals. I believe this is an easiest method of extorting money from the Dish TV customers.
