This I wrote to Dish TV CC after their reckless answer about my payment which I have made on 19/12/10 and given credit to my account on 30/12/10...

Hello...

What a simple answer it is... where is my complaint ref.51897554? What

happened to this? Where my payment was lying all these days? You can

check how many emails I have sent and how many calls I have made to

Dish TV customer care. I have incurred almost Rs.300/-. Who will pay

this amount? How can you simply close my issue without addressing my

complaints? I need an explanation from you for this delay and the

mental agony you have caused by deactivating and making me to incur

Rs.300/-. Don't try to escape from the realities. And don't answer any

mechanical answers. Please make arrangement to either return the cost

I have incurred i.e. Rs.300/- or compensate this including it in the

subscription value.
