REFUND STUCK FOR 3 MONTHS

Hi

This is to let everyone know that AIRTEL DTH SUCKS. My customer ID is 3005773628.

My biggest mistake was to subscribe to Airtel connection around 25th October. Inspite of 10 calls and full of assurance, airtel failed to install the box and connection and the service was pathetic then a 3rd class local cable operator. The only thing I got from airtel is CUSTOMER ID 3005773628

After all frustration I decided to cancel on 3rd November and was given a cancellation request number 4327500. We are on 30 th December and I am further harassed to get my money back . its been 2 months and around 15 calls, 5 emails and this horrible company does not care even to inform or update on my refund of Rs 1650/

The customer service sucks, attitude sucks and I am sure mr. Sunil mittal must be very happy with this kind of affair and I wish him all the best by hiring more staff to make life of customers miserable.

If I don’t get a reply within 48 hours then would be happy to go to consumer court and blog on all websites.
