Non delivery of products

Sir,

Sub: Non delivery of Dish TV connection till now.

Ref: Online payment of Rs.690/- (through Dish TV site) vide token No. 29217

I have made online payment of Rs.690/- for a new Dish TV Connection on 19th Dec'2010. I got a mail confirmation from Dish TV that the product will be delivered & installed within 4 to 5 days, but so far there is no call from Dish TV. I have called Dish TV customer care 3 times and I was told the new connection for my token number was given to another person in Delhi. I am unable to understand when I have made payments though online and I got a payment confirmation mail, how the connection willl be provided to some other person.

I was also asked to send mail to cutomer care for which I did not get any confirmation. I request you to take up with the company to provide me the new connection at the earliest.
