I was a customer of Dish TV and the service was pathetic.
I decided to cancel and discontinue the connection. I requested for canceling the connection by calling up the customer care and also mailed the customer care. I was updated that my request was serviced. But I keep getting annoying automated calls everyday asking to recharge the account. Inspite of raising the complaint with the customer care for 8 times, the problem still continues. Sometimes I get an automated call in Kannada, sometimes in Tamil. And I keep getting annoying calls everyday. Even 15 days after canceling the connection I am still getting calls. And Dish TV is doing nothing about it.
