I bought a new LCD TV and it was gifted by a dish TV (Z network) connection. Then i registered the product and it has been nearly 4 days and they haven't gave me the connection yet. They just avoid answering the phone calls and keep on transferring the calls if they happened to answer it by mistake. Even they have send me a message saying that my problem was resolved.
I have proof against their action.
Is there a solution against their negligence.
