Not completed job after getting full payment

I bought an upgrade of my present Dish TV to HD from Ambience Mall at Gurgaon on 10-04 with a promise that my present subscription will be transferred to the new VC Number and quick installation. After numurous reminders they delivered the SET TOP BOX on 12-04 and installation on 13-04.

Since than I have been calling their customer support and the dealers to transfer the amount of Rs.3900.00 to the new VC Number account and activate HD channels. I am tired of this and now want to make a complaint so that they return my money with compensation and get a lesson so that other customer should not suffer like me.
