I had registered a complaint on 23rd July regarding an alignment problem. The overall experience was extremely poor.
1 The technician who visited was not even trained on dish tv. So many times he said that he is primarily a LG LCD tech. I had to guide him to the correct screen on settop box menu. He had no compas to align the dish. Why was a untrained, ill equiped technician sent to resolve my problem.
2 The visited was a paid visit. I was not provided a receipt, All i was given was a LG Job Sheet. Since when did Dish rename itself to LG.
3 I had a similar complaint for 24th June. No technician visited and it was incorrectly marked resolved. Why.
4 During tech visit, i called customer service supervisor, using Call me service. Due to connection problem, call got dropped. why was i not given a call back. What is the fun of call me service then.
