I have taken a Dish connection 45 days back. Inspite of having balance and validity upto 6th Oct'11 there is a recharge now screen displayed and no transmission.
Post 4 calls there was a visit made by the technician who declared there is no network issue and left without resolution.
When I call Dish call centre they say there is no issue and raise one more complaint.
These complaints are now getting closed without resolution on their own whims and fancies.
For the last 4 days there is no transmission or resolution.
Dish tv management does not have any escalation process and is not bothered about the actual issues faced by the customers.
