We have one dish tv connection vide id no. 3003823975. On which we have recharged it in oct. 2010 as per your scheme & assurence on every one year recharged we get 2 months free as bonus.
But as per your sms our connection is expring on 5th oct. 2011. and you are not giving us 2 months bonus period.
Kindly look into the metter and give us 2 months as per your assurance.
