I am lodging a complaint regarding no display at consumer number 01504231948. The Service person come on 28-Sep, and try to repair the setup box and charge me Rs.551/- for the same also comit to us the setup box will work properly with in 2 hours. But, still the problem will not solve.
When we contact the concerned engineer and area service center, Service Engineer & Service Incharge trying to Harassing my mother. They also claim that they not charge anything for the same.
I have receipt issued by S D Service Gurgoan (On Behalf of DISH TV SERVICE CENTER) wide receipt No 1823 Dated 28-Sep Email ID [email protected] Mobile No 9654384973, 9654384974 Setup Box No 06D4ABF43SM/40003.
I think this a fraud and created by DISH TV SERVICE AGENCY (S D SERVICE).
Please look the matter and solve the same with in 24 hours, otherwise we think to file a Police / Legal Complaint with appropriate authorities.
