Dish TV
Not encluded 40 channels as i recharged for more than 2 months

I have been recharged my DISH TV with VC No. 01501286121 of Rs. 400/- on 09-10. the offer of 40 more channels addition as showing on TV for recharge for 2 months is not yet encluded. so please help me for that purpose.
