Not getting channels

Sir,

I am facing issue with dish tv, i have rechardged through online my dish tv 0n 11th oct evening for 400 Rs and it get debited from my city bank account on 12th oct .today is Oct23 till now they have not recharged my account.i have given them all details and every time customer care people will assure that it will get activated within 15 min.this is happening from quit long time now.i am requesting you to help me on this.
