I have booked one Big disc TV connection through APPCO Marketing through its one of the marketing executive Mr. Tarun Dudeja having mobile no.9990017879 on 14.10.2011 and given him cheque of Rs.2980/= under 1 1 scheme and four months free channel pack of 133 and was assured that it will be installed within one week and the engineer coming for installation will activate the channels before leaving the insallation site. The installation done on 22/10 at 1.30 pm and the engineer Mr. K, N Pandey assured that it will be activated with 1hour and 30 minutes. It is not activated till 10.30 pm and when contacted the concered marketing executive he said that it will be activated within 24 hours as per Trai rules.
On 23/10 when I called him again after 24 hours the phone picked up by Mr. Saurabh who posed as his senior and said that as per Trai rules it takes 48 hours. When I asked him to send me SMS about actual time taken for activation because of variant statment given every time by company executive he refused to do so.
Till the time of writing this mail connection is not activated.
It is clear that company is booking disc Big tv connection on false and wrong statment.
If the same is not activated today on same terms and condition as committed to me I shall have no other option but to surrender the same and will request the marketing company to return my deposit.
