We purchased DISHTV HD BOX from Ambika Enterprises sec-11 Panchkula vide Invoice S-37148 dated 22-01.

Despite repetitive requests to fix and mend the proper functioning of HD channels

their complaint no.79415294 the issue is not resolved as on date.

Does it take 10 days to fix the Dish connection?

This is mental torture for the user.
