Wrong Remote Control Provided & Pathetic Service By Customer Care Department

Hi,

I purchased Sony Bravia LED TV Model number - KDL - 32Ex420 on 25th Dec from Sahni Agencies Pvt. Ltd. (Shop No. 248, IInd Floor, Ambience Mall Gurgaon).

The dealer had provided provide me wrong remote control i.e. he had provided remote control of LCD TV instead of LED TV. I had already visited over many times, but he isn’t providing correct remote control.

Also i had called up your customer care helpline 1800-103-7799 for the same issues to register a complaint regarding this issue. But to my dismay the CCE (Shashank) over their denied to register a complaint regarding the issue. When the call was transferred to supervisor on my request, the supervisor (Jaiprakash) talked in very rude & derogatory manner & denied to help in any manner. Also when i asked his designation he replied that he won’t answer any stupid question & denied to reveal his designation.

I can’t understand is this the way you treat your customers?

I would like to strongly condemn the way your customer care people handles the customers. If possible try to listen to the call, you must come to know the ground realities of the services that you are providing to your customers.
