i have two Dish tv connection i have logged call at dish tv customer care 6th june 12 but they are not resolving that problem, problem is showing in mt screen "Recharge your dish tv or call customer care", at my child connection but my recharge date is 15th june 12 but its customer care executive not able to help me so that i will send a mail to diactivate my child connection and transfer my child connection fund's those are not running because they are not able to resolve my problem, so that dish tv customer care saying dish tv had change our polices so that they didn't transfer my fund in my parent connection. kindly resolve my problem.
