We have given request for reinstallation on 01 June 12, today 16th no body visited. Saying that cable operators issue here, so we have to arrange the technician. So, i have following up for the last 15 days. Now, I asked them to repay Rs.2500 as penalty/charges for delay/inefficiency so that I can go for alternate service provider.
