Recharge Problem

I was using Gold Saver Pack of Dish TV DTH.

On 19th October my account has due date for recharge.

I has no use of Gold Saver Pack, So I applied for down gradation to Silver Saver pack on 16th October,

after getting an SMS reminder for my recharge.

I paid 490 rs. on 16th October.

As per they informed me they charged me rs. 40 for down gradation process.

Then suddenly they deducted aapprox. 264 rs. without informing me.

When I asked for the same they give me some reason regarding some pay term offer.

Whatever it may be, but without informing me they deducted this amount and hence my dish tv connection got deactivated on 28th November.

Its 8th December. and still my problem has not been solved.

They are not giving me refund or waiver of that 264 rs.
