Zee TV Hindi not being received

My customoer Id No.3005977994. I have subscribed for one year package and one year Zee TV (Hindi) additional connection from November. Unfortunately it was disconnected (Zee Hindi) from 09.04.11. I have informed the same to the local dealer at Kadapa. Sofar no action taken. Pl rectify immediately.
