Pathetic customer care

This is about the behavior of dish TV guys.

I asked for installation on 13th Apr'11, expecting the connection with in 72 hours as promised by customer care guy. I called after that, they told its in process, i'll send it ASAP.

After that i called like 100 times, every time they have given the same reply.(we'll call you back, but i didnt get any call yet from them). Finally after so much of trouble, after spending more then 200 rs in calling, i got it after 7 days. After installation they charged for cable also, as they mentioned that only 12 meters is free with installation. They told it'll start with in 2 hours, i was able to see DD1 at least by that time.

I started again after 2 hours, nothing came, i tried with various options, still it didn't work.

I called the guy, who came for installation, he told its not my responsibility, call customer care.

When i call customer care, they told me to contact the dish tv dealer.

I am not sure now where to go, whom to contact.

After spending 36K in my TV, and still i am not able to watch anything.what kind of service these junk people are providing.

Its a very serious issue, please forward it to the respective authority so that some harsh action can be taken. This junk Shiva Shakti manager name is satish, he'll promise lot of things to you, but wont do anything. I am very fed up by dish TV, so please guys before going for Dish TV, consider your option again.
