My vc no is 01504635997 for dish tv service zee network. my old pack was running gold. i have not upgraded pack. but their system automatically upgraded pack. when i inform them regarding that, at that time they again changed to my old pack and dedudted rs. 40 as a degradation charges. i talked their representative, they said by mistake our system automatically upgraded package.
but now they are reluctant to accept their mistake and not rfund me degradation charges.
at every recharge they are doing same mistake that means they are cheating people.
