Despite my repeated calls my problem of offering me a proper package are not resolved. I am been given big commitments and everytime I call, assurances given are very high but practically, the very same day or the next day problem re-occurs.
There seems to be major technical problem in their system or there has been delibrate attempt to harrass the customer. I had requested to refund my money as I had done a blunder of my life to opt for Airtel digital connection. The attitude of call centre team is so negative that you will beat your head on the wall. the way they respond to your queries.
I strongly recommend NOT to go in for Airtel Digital TV connection. Your life will be ruined.
