Set up box was not repaired on time

My dissh tv set up box stopped working ..complaint on 2 dec 201 no one came to repair till 28th dec. when they rang up. i bought a different connection. i had paid 3200 on 27 .8 2010 for the whole year for my platinum connection .please refund my money after deducting for four months. please refund rest of the amount
