Dish tv profusely advertise about customer's convenience but in reality it is just the opposite. Hardly the customer care service works. regarding the movie on demand I have few serious complaint to make. When i have a balance of Rs. 750/- sometime in last year I ordered m.o.d through sms where the result was zero but to my surprise the balance amount came down to Rs.525/-which i came to know from guwahati office. I am a subscriber of dish tv for last three years but they address me as valued customer only for shake of calling without sparing any thought of customer's convenience when customer for some reason may not be able to recharge in time. But dish tv is very smart in deactivating and never sparing the customer the extra charge which they demand on delayed recharging which is totally unjustified when dish tv is making money through these customers. Further the customer of dish tv when meet the local dealers/agents for recharging they cannot provide recharge card and do the recharging in exchange of hefty fees. Last but not the least changing of package one has to part with Rs.40/- if the customer choose less channels but more channels one need not pay any.
