Complaint regarding cable set box signal servive. and cable operato

i have fastwave cable network connection... with fast wave set of box.

there is a signal problem in set box... i already registered complaint to fast wave costumer care.

but there is no response from cable operator..

i am suffering from this problem from more than last two weeks..due to its monopoly he is no caring.

so i am requesting you to solve my problem as soon as possible.
