Not giving star (sports channels)

As from the world cup time the whole punjab is not able to see star cricket, star sports and espn as now again India series is going on but nothing happening .when we call they say that the management has stopped it .but other like dish tv .videocon d2h are showing and even other states also .we all pay RS. 260 a month. PLEASE DO SOMETHING
