Set up box not working

My name is Neeraj Sardana from Dabwali and my contact no. is 09354542036 and there is problem with set yop box of fastway cable. box is not working

stb no. is 030008340251048 vc no. 017 7327 8568 -2 box no. 1183

and i complained 10 day ago on 9217092170 and they give me complaint number 2361000823 but till not nothing done by them. only i got calls that "is ur complaint solved nothing else.
