Set toip box not working

I am from ludhiana there is problem with set yop box of fastway cable. box is not working and i complained 1 month ago on 9217092170 and they give me complaint number 128103 but till not nothing done by them. only i got calls that "is ur complaint solved nothing else. even my local operator (Sanjna Cable) is not coprate with me they came came to me just collected the bill only. i want to go to court. please help me.
