Hathway set-up box
Set-up box not working

The box has not been working for almost 5 Days now. Contacted the concerned Hathway people contact number provided (040-66109386). They assure me of immediate help. But they never did that. Now they don't even pick the phone.

I am very dissapointed. Please help.
