Television is not Working

Hi

I would like to bring under the notice of concern authoritiies, that i bought 25 inches philips tv almost 3 years back, with lot of high expectations & surety that it will b worth money, but very unfortunately my faith has been shattered b'coz of the model im using, it has been giving us major problems in last 3 years, & always the problem remains the same, after repeat visits of your engineers & twicw we had to send tv to workshop for repair & spending good amount of money & given surety by your team members problem will not occur the same problem keeps on coming again & again. even y;day after my complain ur engineer visited our home checked the tv & told us there is no problem but to our shock the same problem occurs again.

I could not expect the same from company like philip to be so careless in tackling their customers like this & take them gfor guranteed.

Please bring this to into the notice of higher authorities with immed. effect & do needfull, so to have faith in brand or one can have lot of options available in market today with best of offers.
