This mail is an escalation and sincere effort to appraise you on the traumatic experience dealing with dealer name “MEENAKSHI ELECTRICALS & ELECTRONICS” located at Hanumanthnagar, Bangalore.

Let me narrate the details on the transactions for better understanding –

•20th March 12 – We have agreed to buy Tata Sky normal connection from Mr. Vicky (@ 9986516660) from Meenakshi. Agreed deal cost was Total Rs 1690 (installation 2 months grand sports pack 2 regional packs). The connection was installed by an engineer named Mr. Sripathi @ 9742292289 but Meenakshi team had been constantly reminding us not to pay amount to engineer after installation. They wanted to collect the amount next day.

•21st March 12 – Mr. Vicky informed me of sending Praveen @ 9036616667 to collect the amount. I paid the cash amount Rs 1690 at 10 am. Vicky called my brother Mr. Abhishek at 12 am and asked the amount, after which another boy named Chandru @ 8050495466 collected Rs 1700 from Abhishek taking the advantage of communication gap. Clear intention of committing fraud transaction here by Meenakshi. After struggling effort to reach Vicky in the evening, we reported the matter but got casual answers.

•22nd March 12 – I asked for refund from Vicky and astonished with the answer to visit his shop to collect this as he can’t send boy. after which he made difficult to reach him. I had to visit the shop in the evening to counter the situation. He only refunded Rs 1600 applying the deduction of Rs 90 as conveyance cost and not ready to issue receipt of actual amount of Rs 1790 for this new connection (It’s terrible mental harassment and transactional violation). Finally I collected Rs 1600 and the attached receipt of Rs 1690 (taking in writing of Rs 90 as deduction). When I alarmed him reporting the issue while walking, he has done recharge transaction of Rs 100 online to my Tata Sky account.

I got all the fair refund collected with perturbing experience with dealer who is associated with prestige brand like “Tata”, however, I have reported this issue with Tata Sky team and they ensured corrective action..

Some basic questions to be asked here –

•Why Meenakshi was stopping us to make the payment to Engineer right after installation when system generates the acknowledgment receipt? (This is the trigger to plan manipulation and unreasonable payment demands after the installation.

•Why Vicky had consciously called me and my brother for collecting double payment taking the advantage of communication gap? (This indicates their fraudulent intention and unprofessional treatment.)

•Why Meenakshi has asked us to visit the shop and collect the refund though they created the inconvenience? (This is mental harassment and arm twisting approach)

•Why Vicky has asked for unreasonable amount of Rs 90 as deduction without producing actual receipt? (This is a trade violation and to be dealt seriously)

•Why did he refunded Rs 100 through online recharge to account after justifying the unreasonable deduction? (Means either they are under-selling or demanding unreasonable amount)
