Product Not Functioning after 3 months of installation

MYWAY IPTV a PP Venture of BSNL is a big time no no for any body looking for an IP TV service. Even after 1 month of installation they failed to give me a Modem which supports IP TV and reason being said that modem not available (if that was the case why the hell did they take the order) after switching back to old CABLE TV I logged a complaint several times through customer support nothing happened, finally wrote an email to the [email protected] (80224413930002) via email and got response several times that executive will get in touch with me (which they call after ages and tell that they will get back to me). But still after a long time almost 3 months now the issue is still pending.
