Installation of Wrong Pack

Dear Sir,

My Customer number is 3007562939.

I had purchased Airtel DTH online by making payment through Citibank. I had paid Rs. 2, 790.00. I had asked them to install North New value pack.

However they have installed South Pack. I had called them more than 15 times. From last one week daily i am calling to airtel customer care. Everyday their phone banking executive say today they will change. However till now they have not changed my pack. I had registered complain with them and my complain number is #6804626.

Can you please help me in this regard.
