YOUR TECHNICIAN CAME TO MY HOUSEON 07/06 AND PLACED SOME DEVICE AND TOLD ME THAT THE AUTHORIZATION PROCESS WILL TAKE 2 HOURS. BUT IT IS GOING TO BE 48 HOURS AND NO BODY IS PICKING THE PHONE OR RESPONDING TO THE INQUIRY. PLEASE EXPEDITE YOUR ACTION ELSE I WILL HAVE NO OTHER OPTION TO APPROACH THE PROPER CONSUMER FORUM TO REDRESS MY GRIEVANCES AND COMPENSATION FOR THE MENTAL AGONY AND DISTRESS.
