I had opted for mayway iptv connection which was offered by BSNL as promotional offer for a free trial of 3 months. My consumer No. is 42429190 and prepaid CAF No. is 10041575. My landline telephone No. is 080-23212996. While the service engineers took more than 10 days to install the DTH service, the service was disconnected within a week without any reason, since I complained about the poor display and was not willing to subscribe for the services. The security Deposit of Rs.1500/- collected by BSNL is not refunded till date and the agency has not bothered to collect the set top box even after 4-5 months despite innumerable reminders over phone /through email.
My only fault here is being loyal and remaining with BSNL during all these years without moving to alternative service providers and availing their landline, mobile and broadband services.
Is it a new tantrum from BSNL partnering with private players to loot its own clientele? Will the authorities those concerned wake up from long sleep (kumbhakarna sleep) and respond to my complaint.
