No response to repeated complaints

I had taken one of four Dish TV connections in the month of Aug.

After a week or two of viewing the channels, certain channels went of the air.

After some time, when the India-Australia one day series started, I found that I was not receiving any of the Doordarshan channels. On further checking I found that most of the lesser channels were not being recd.

I contacted the local dealer who had installed the set a number of times, however no one showed up. On 29th of Sep I lodged a complaint with Dish TV on tele, due to no response from the dealer.

Despite phoning a number of times, and leaving my details, no one from Dish TV has bothered to contact me at the numbers left with the customer care agent, every time I called.

Standard replies that you will receive a call, shortly have never materialised.

Necessary action may pl be undertaken to resolve my problem. I notice that there are other channels going off the air.

My Dish Tv code is 015-0432-5599-9, under the name of Major Pawan Kumar, 3 Inf DOU.
