Dish TV website is not at all consumer friendly, on renewal of subscription after providing financial details it will never give any confirmation message of the payment and no invoice copy. When called up at Call centre, executive will lodged the complaints or forward the call. Pathetic service.
Solution: In case you want to do the payment do it manually rather than using DISHTV website, I dont think it is secured website.
Till date I am trying to get an acknowledgement of the money I paid, if anybody knows any management representative contact details plz post it.
