I had recharged my connection, no.01507640012, on 23/3 and paid Rs.2500.00, i was given new recharge date 13/3.I cancelled my ala carte pack on 27/3, and customer care person assured me that complete balance will be adjusted as per basic plan of Rs.175.00, and new recharge date will be given. On29/3/12I called customer care and same reply given and nothing done. Today again I called and i was told by senior person that charges has increased from 1/4, and you have to pay Rs.180per month, and new recharge date will be given within 2 hours. MY point is when i have paid my subscription on march 23 why should I pay more? Kindly solve the matter in max.24 hours or face litigation .my complain no. is 83937269
