Hi, This is Ravi from Noida

Two days back I got the subscription to TATA SKY DTH Services (subscription ID # 1087213243) and since then I have been calling them and getting misleaded by all the wrong information from customer care representatives.

Seems that all the liars are sitting in customer care department of TATA SKY

1. Intially at the time of subcription, they told that first month subscription will be free and it will include all the channels. But now when I see what they activated, there are lot of channels which are missing and when I enquired, they said "Sir its not part of your package, you will have to pay for them".

2. I called customer care and asked one channel TEN CRICKET to add to my package, he replied "Sir it wil be activated with in 15 mins". After 7 hrs gets passed, when nothing got activated I called them up again, this time I got another reply " Sir, it was not activated, your account does not have enough balance"

3. I paid for the HD Box and HD channels not activated so far. It has been more than 48 hours, I have been calling them at least 3-4 times a day, every time i get the Diffreent replies.

after 24 hrs are passed

"SIR, it wil be acitvated with in 48 hours"

after 48 hrs are passed

"SIR, it takes time for HD channels to get activated, Please wait "

I will not recommend anyone to go for TATA SKY, they have got the worst quality of service.
