Hi, I am working with a renowned Private Sector bank as a Vice President. I called up Airtel Digital services for Cable DTH connection. they happily told me to register frst and connection will be up in a week after payment. I did the payment in June last week. I still do not have the connection. I was told by the Engineer first that my society does not permit thus he would need a mount for the same and asked me to take permission from his central office. After that the circle started. I must have called 15 times after that and every time put on Hold for 15-20 minutes, stating connecting to seniors for refund. After that the senior attends with no resolution. I spoke to Rohan on 9/7. Then Vikas on 10th July. After that to Sniors Avinash Singh, Sheetal and Indrajeet Rajoria with no resolution. Till date I do not have the connection nor the refund. This is pure harrassment of Customer. I do not want the digitalk connection now for sure. I will go in for some other company. However, I want to see it to it that this Comp[any is held liable for distrust and cheating of acquirnng customer money and not providing services.
