Misbehaviour and delay in Installation

The booking of the Dish TV Set Top Box was done as on 30.10.2012 through KOHLEES Shop No. 29, B-10 Market, Vasant Kunj Delhi, our paid Rs. 1000/- (Cash). Delar handed over one Set Top Box with its accessories with a booking no. 102939094. Delear told me that balance payment will be collected by the technician who will visit my resident (545 Sector- A Pocket B & C Vasant Kunj, Delhi). The installation was assured within 24 hours nothing move so far, no technicians visited.

Telephone recived from mob. no. 9958450274 at 7:48 PM on 31.10.2012. The caller disclosed the identity as the representative of the dish tv and asked weather i have a cash for making the balance payment, his behaviour was not up to mark when misbehaved. He has no business to enquire my financial status please look into the reason for delayed in installation.
