On 9/01, we were not receiving the Tata Sky channels. Raised a complaint for the same. Gave them call every two hours. Everytime they told, some one will come and address the issue. But no one turned up. Moreover they have closed the issue and have charged around Rs.250/- as Service charges! This is disgusting.. I need the refund of the money, as well as any compensation for unnecessarily torturing the subscribers, in the times of need.
